Great food, so nice to safely have a fish supper again, my area is rubbish for gluten free options. I've had it from Pias three times now and had no problems (they have a dedicated GF fryer.) Delivery guy is super nice too.

Wasn’t impressed with this service. Chicken in my kebab was cold & salad tasted rotten. Chips were not fully coked & very soggy with chip fat. Disappointed.

food delivered 30mins early, very poor service, the chips were totaly disgusting, most of it went in bucket, doubtful if I will order again, last week i picked up spanish omelette, and a pizza, could not fault them, why can't they be like this all the time.

Delivery was 40 minutes late. The team were pleasant enough when called for updates but it still took 30 mins from leaving the shop to door delivery. I’m 1.5miles away. Driver was lovely but food was cold. Quality of food wasn’t great, strange aftertaste on fried food and the bolognese was just odd. Overall poor

The fish was good was not sure about the chips not liked would expect. They where strange and seemed to be inflated

Ordered my food at 8.23pm and received it at 10.59pm at that point I wasn’t really bothered about eating. Called the shop but no apologies for the delay just got told it would be another half an hour. Mushrooms and sauces weren’t great, pizza was okay. I won’t use this chip shop again. Very disappointed.

We always order food from Pia’s on Tuesday night. Usually we try something different every week and we are very rarely disappointed. This weeks food was delicious. It arrived on time and it was piping hot! The chicken goujons were a bit crispy for my liking but the chicken inside was tender and juicy, lovely!

Food is delicious and well packed to keep in the heat for the journey home. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Ordered last night from Pia’s, got food before never had issues. Delivery was quick but looked like the pizza had been frisbeed into the box and was like a big pile of dough I could rolled up and re made and recooked. Called the shop to advise, service great from the girls on the call, sent another pizza. The second one came and the same again, inedible, was so squishy topping were mashed together and the pizza looked as though it had been juggled before boxed. Called shop to advise again. The girls were lovely. However service took a turn when the man (who I presume is maybe manager or owner) started raising his voice and dealt with the situation terribly, no customer service skills from him and no responsibility taken that a problem has occurred and held no responsibility that sometimes things can be wrong. After a lot of hassle waited on refund for the order which was another wait on the driver coming back, by this point I have a 5 year old starving after a 2 hour start to finish hassle. Chips were great from the order but unfortunately my little boy didn’t want to eat without his full meal so were stone cold and also had to be sent back. Again ordered before with no problems and never had to call but the fact I’ve called to then be treated like that on the phone was disgusting! After being a customer of the shops for years and years I will not return.

We called repeatedly to enquire when our food would be delivered and were told on every occasion that it was either being cooked now or was ready for delivery now and it was all lies! Gave up and cancelled the order after nearly 3 hours of waiting, I will be calling in for my £34.74 in person, will update review after that. Ps I know that this review will be deleted so this will NOT be the only site that it’s posted on.
